Inspired by Halloween, this cocktail makes use of the translucent golden-green hued Inverroche Gin Verdant, as well as activated charcoal and bubbly for something spooky and delicious. The perfect Halloween cocktail!
Infused with fynbos from the Cape Floral Kingdom, the delicate aromas of Inverroche Gin Verdant are reminiscent of elderflower and chamomile. Combined with floral notes of summer blooms, a touch of spice, a dash of juniper, waxy lemon rind and alluring liquorice β Inverroche Gin Verdant is floral and soft.
Recipe:
50ml Inverroche Gin Verdant
25ml Grapefruit Juice
25ml Egg White
100ml Bubbly
ΒΌ Barspoon Activated Charcoal
Garnish with an Apple Wheel
Method:
- Add Inverroche Gin Verdant, grapefruit juice, egg white and activated charcoal into shaker.
- Shake and fine strain into glass.
- Add cubed ice and top up with bubbly of your choice.
- Garnish with an apple wheel.
PS: Any bubbly of your choice can be used as long you make sure it is a Brut.
