Refreshing Easy Peasy GnT Recipe with Inverroche Gin Amber

I love a refreshing Gin and Tonic on a hot summer’s day!

And how amazing does the Inverroche Gin Amber sound?! A gorgeous amber-coloured gin with hints of fresh citrus, slight juniper and sweet toffee apples weave together with delicate floral notes to create a dry, woody finish. This gin is also infused with fynbos from the coastal region and dunes of the Cape Floral Kingdom.

Here is your easy peasy GnT recipe to enjoy this summer, inspired by Inverroche Gin Amber.

50ml Inverroche Gin Amber
200ml Fever-Tree Indian Tonic
3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Build in a Collins glass by adding cubed ice, pour over your Inverroche Gin Amber, top up with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic and garnish by coating your glass rim with fig jam and dust with sesame seeds.
